I believe, users are wasted cashback without knowing proper TnC of the offer.

Actual load money offers

1) 10% upto Rs. 25 (need to load 250) - twice per account in this month

2) 25% upto Rs. 200 (need to load 800 to get max benefit) - twice per account in this month.

For both offer, different set of users will get notification at different time. Once we used, we can't use again. Those who got Rs. 62 cashback (it was probably 2nd offer), they wasted remaining Rs. 138 cashback each time..
