I had completed full KYC online 6 mths back. Now suddenly they deactivated the KYC and all bill payments are failing. Whats more, app says KYC cannot be done online due to "RBI regulations" and must be done physically through their agent. Clearly a scam attempt to fraud customers into loans/insurance etc when they reach the agents.
There was no warning and this happened suddenly. So be very careful before blocking your money.

No cb received for Bill payment,After complaint they replied that this offer is for selected user, I can't understand why are they selling membership to all, and saying it is for selected users, wasted 299.

Just now activated Bajaj Prime membership on my account.
Before activation - everywhere its showing 10% cashback.
After payment, inside prime section - banner showing 5% (seems bajaj not updated this banner, using same banner from beggining).
Made 1st payment after few mins on DTH category and got immediately 10% cashback via scratch card.
So, its same for all user now - showing 5% banner inside. But they are giving 10% cashback.
For safe side, I took all images of the offer showing before and after payment.
EDIT: We need use only Bajaj UPI as payment mode. Working on Rupay CC UPI Payment also - self verified.
