In one account i received notification but when going on recharge page that offer popup is not coming. Interestingly in other account didn't receive notification but pop up coming!

Got in 1 acc but nothing in 2nd account 

Neither notification nor pop up received, should I do ?

After recharging,  got notification that 100 coins are added, but on checking 100 coins are not added. Coin balance was 2383 before and after recharge.  What may be the issue? @Mayavi @violin

Edit: maybe some problem with bajaj app, closed app and opened again, then found outupdated coin balance.
