• In case of a cancelled order, the offer may take upto 24 hours to refresh for the customer to utilize it again.
• In the event the customer returns any/all products in the order placed during the Offer Period, thereby not maintaining the minimum purchase value, as required to avail the Offer, he/she shall not be eligible for the Offer. Accordingly, the amount availed as a discount under the Offer shall stand deducted from any refund(s) processed for the returned product(s).

How do I check if a product is an eligible product?

• Offer is applicable on select products listed across all categories. Customer to check if the offer is applicable on the product page, before making a purchase.
• In order to avail the offer on Travel category, customers must enter the promo code “FLYBBD” for Domestics Flights and International Flights. The discount amount for travel bookings is calculated on the net payable amount minus the convenience fee.

Is the offer applicable on all ICICI Bank Transactions?

• This Offer is applicable on all ICICI Bank Credit and Debit Cards (including EMI and Non-EMI transactions) except for transactions made using ICICI Bank Amazon Pay, Corporate or Commercial Credit cards.
• The offer is also applicable on ICICI Bank Cardless EMI transactions
• Offer is NOT applicable on transactions made through Internet Banking or UPI.
• Offer is not applicable on ICICI Bank Amazon Pay Credit Card starting with the first six digit 431581 on the card.
• The offer can be redeemed only in serviceable pin codes as per Government guidelines.

Will I get the offer if I pay through Flipkart Gift Card partially?

• Yes, you can avail the offer and the offer will only apply on the amount paid through ICICI Bank Credit or Debit Cards (Non-EMI and EMI transactions) or Cardless EMI Facility against the eligible product(s). Also, this amount should be equal to or more than Rs. 2,000 for Grocery and Flipkart Health+, and Rs. 5,000 for other categories.

Is there a limit on the number of transactions?

• There is no limit on the number of transactions. However, you can avail up to a Maximum Base Offer Discount of up to INR 1,500 per Credit Card, Debit Card or Cardless EMI Facility.
• Maximum Discount per card is a cumulative savings across all platforms of Flipkart (Flipkart, Quick, Grocery, Travel, Flipkart Health+).
