I got coupon 3 4 days back... Raised complaint on NCH, mentioned clearly that 2 months are over and checked SPAM also..and mentioned specifically that bag and other voucher as my main focus was on bag voucher.. Also was writing continously to [email protected] 3 days back received coupon and after few minutes NCH ticket was closed.. so i think it was via NCH

There was offer that if i make purchase work more than Rs 7000, i will get vouchers worth Rs 19k, including voucher of bag. But i haven't received anything. I have provided ajio with all screenshots but they are not helping. Their customer service is very poor. Please help me in getting all vouchers. Return period is already over. Its been around more than 40 days. I have checked SPAM folder also. No voucher is received. This is text i used and just checked it was resolved via NCH only.
