For me I never get credits automatically.
What you do is take ss of final page of quiz where it says Awesome 5/5.
Then go to help & go to Health Credits queries
Then select Did not receive Health Credits & create new issue uploading ss.
They will say wait till Friday, sometimes you get HC sometimes not.
If not received till Friday, then you have to again open same request or create new one & say that you waited till Friday but still no HC attaching ss. They will give you then.
Effort not worth if you use apollo sparingly else you can try.
