Apollo gv can be used both online & offline. Offline they call it E-Healing Card.
Only one gv can be applied in an order/invoice. Offline, you may not get normal store discount if using gv.
HC and gv cannot be used in the same order. Promo code can be used in combination with either HC or gv.
Any unused amount in the gv is forfeited.
Any extra amount after redeeming a gv can be paid using any available mode.
Any refund on an order paid using a gv is paid back to the gv which then can be used again in another purchase online or offline till its normal expiry date. Refund for an order paid using multiple modes is made to those sources on a pro-rata basis.
Minimum GV value is ₹500? Nowhere else lower?
