This deal rarely comes nowadays & when it does it is usually around Black Friday. This deal is still good for ppl who have accumulated google play store codes at 50% or above discount using various paytm/amazon offers. 
I have stopped using vlc long time ago. On pc, mpc-be & pot player are much better options for playing videos. For playing only audio, vlc was never a good option. Poweramp is very good at playing audios & it has lots of options(even too much) if you want to customize even small details.
Foobar is good option if you listen to lots of lossless audio
You need good(& pricey) hardware also to notice the difference between a 320kbps mp3 & a flac file which majority doesn’t have/want.

Best audio players hands down. Even with access to YT Music, Spotify and Prime Music — I use PowerAMP just because of the superior audio fidelity tinkered exactly the way I want my audio.
Agree with the positive reviews here. Poweramp also recognises USB DAC or inbuilt phone DAC for super audio quality
Any other apps worth buying? I have some balance from Google opinion rewards.
