You can register for 1 year trial using payzapp card.
I have successfully activated the trial using payzapp card. Cancel the auto-renewal from My Account → Settings immediately. 
It keeps saying transaction declined for all my cards. Any idea any one?

Great, I’ve been using Blinkist for couple of years. Certainly worth one year for free. Surprisingly, my Amex was not supported while signing up so used HDFC Master and it works 👍🏽

I think there’s no way to get it if you don’t have Amex. But once you get the offer, at Blinkist, you can via with any card rather than using Amex.
