Shopping on platforms like Amazon and flipkart, apart from other brands, can attract impressive reward points.
Coupled with other significant reward benefits on individual cards, this could be a worthwhile spend and earn opportunity.
5X on Amex is quite generous, must be said.

Indeed. Clicking on that link, one can see under the various headings, exactly which card is eligible for 5X, 3X or 2×.
Platinum cards cost a bomb, so they have the highest rewards. MR card is relatively easily obtainable, plus 1K points per month extra on 4 transactions of 1K each, so 2X only.
Any X, X > 1, on Amex is a bonus, especially on frequently used platforms.
Yes cart also gives 5X, but value of yes rewards is poorer.
5X is only for Platinum cards which has an annual fees of 60K. Next tier would be 3X for platinum travel/reserve card.
Gold and MRCC is 2X. Exclusion list seems similar to Yono. All mobiles from FK excluded 
My 2 cents for Gold and MRCC guys. Here’s my calculations:
So if you spend 6L on your gold or MRCC. U get normal 12000 points. If u use this multiplier u potentially earn 12000 more. So that turns out to be 24000 which is equivalent to 9000 credit. Potential earnings of 1.5% on card totally. This is excluding the bonus monthly you get.
But not all items allowed in the offer ..

Only 2X on my gold card so using Flipkart axis card on Flipkart and ICICI amazon card on Amazon would be far better than this one.
For online shopping, absolutely nothing beats Amazon Icici card. 5% unlimited reward rate is top notch.
Edit: think some diners card may beat it (diners black i think)
