Terms and conditions:

• The offer is applicable only for select American Express® Cardmembers. A Cardmember is eligible for this offer only if he/she has received an offer communication directly from American Express through any of its channels.
  
• Cardmember will get 5% Cashback on utilities transaction spends during the offer period on their American Express® Card
  (including the transactions on linked Supplementary Card(s)).
• A Cardmember will be eligible for a maximum of Rs.500 Cashback during the offer period.
• In case the Cardmember holds and qualifies on more than one eligible American Express® Card, the Cardmember will receive a maximum of Rs.500 Cashback during the offer period.
• Additionally, Cardmember can get a Flipkart voucher worth Rs. 500 on making utilities transactions in all 3 calendar months
  (Jan’22, Feb’22 and Mar’22)
• Cashback and/or Flipkart Voucher will be credited/sent to Cardmember’s account/registered email address by 31st July 2022.
• Only eligible transactions going through merchant platforms will be eligible for Cashback and/or Flipkart Voucher. Transactions going through an aggregator (like Paypal, Paytm, PayU, Amazon Pay, PhonePe etc.) may not be considered as eligible spends.
• Only the transaction/s taken with the Merchants categorized as Utility merchant by American Express would be considered for calculating eligible spends.
• Utilities spends comprises of spends made on only electricity, water & gas bills.
• Spends (net of reversals) on the eligible Card for the entire offer period will be considered for the Cashback. Transactions (net of reversals) on the eligible Card for each calendar month during the offer period will be considered for the voucher.
