I was trying to create a NSDL Jiffy savings account and in the Aadhaar OTP step, I was presented with the T&C.
The clause of concern was “1. I hereby declare that I have not opened nor will open any other account using OTP based KYC from any other Regulated Entity as specified under KYC master direction, 2016 and Aadhar Act, 2016”
Does this mean I can open only one savings account in my life using Aadhaar OTP?
No, you can open only one bank account at a time through aadhar otp. After bank account open, now complete full kyc and then open again any other bank account through aadhar otp.
