These terms and conditions apply to Amazon Prime Voucher issued by Pine Labs Private Limited (Pine Labs) under the brand name of Qwikcilver and co-branded with Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited ("Voucher").

The earned cashback can be used to pay and reduce credit card bills on CRED application. Apply cashback while making a credit card payment to reduce the outstanding balance.

Earned cashback will have to be claimed on the CRED app by the user within 15 days of the transaction, failing which the earned cash back shall expire.

The Amazon Prime Voucher must be used only towards the purchase of eligible Prime membership products mentioned below, only on Amazon.in: Annual Prime 12 Months membership (INR 1499) | Quarterly Prime 3 Months membership (INR 599) | Annual Prime Lite 12 Months membership (INR 799) | Annual Shopping Edition 12 Months membership (INR 399)

The Voucher including any unused Amazon Prime Voucher balance, expires one year (12 months) from the date of issuance of the voucher, subject to applicable terms. An Amazon Prime Voucher cannot be transferred or cancelled once it is issued, neither can it be redeemed for cash.

Credit and Debit Cards issued outside India cannot be used to purchase Amazon Prime Voucher.

Pine Labs, Amazon or their affiliates are not responsible if a voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.

The voucher cannot be used to purchase Prime membership plans if customer has mobile carrier activated Prime subscription on the same Amazon account. Prime subscription is a product offering of Amazon Seller Services Private Limited. However, the voucher will be stored as a balance in the Amazon Prime wallet as per its validity, which can be used to purchase any membership plan post expiry of the existing plan.

Customer on low tiered plans like PVME, Prime Shopping edition can use Amazon Prime voucher for upgrading to higher tiered plans. For e.g. PVME to Prime or Prime Shopping edition to Prime. While doing Prime plan upgrade, Prime Vouchers will show up as a payment option in payment method selection page which can be selected while making the payment.

Once a Prime membership is activated via Amazon Prime voucher, it can't be cancelled and is non-refundable.

Existing Prime members are not eligible for the Amazon Prime Shopping Edition & Amazon Prime Lite edition. They will not be able to use the Amazon Prime voucher to purchase/stack the Amazon Prime Shopping Edition/Prime Lite plans. However, the voucher will be stored as a balance in the Amazon Prime wallet as per its validity, which can be used to purchase any membership plan post expiry of the existing plan.

The voucher can be used to purchase physical Amazon Pay Anytime Gift cards (inactive zero value gift card) from Amazon.in. Anytime Gift Cards are physical cards/ empty inactive zero value instruments that can be purchased by a customer and subsequently loaded using card, UPI, etc. The redemption of the voucher would only be towards the cost of purchase of such physical card only. Amazon Prime voucher cannot be used to load value/balance into the Anytime Gift Card.

Prime Shopping edition (INR 399) provides customers access to: FREE unlimited Same-day/One-day delivery, early access to shopping events, unlimited 5% cashback with Amazon Pay ICICI credit card, unlimited 5% cashback on all Uber rides with Amazon pay balance. Prime digital benefits, including access to Prime Video, Prime Music, E-books & Gaming are not available with Prime Shopping Edition.
