While contacting amazon they told me that we do not have control over gift cards, its directly blocked by woohoo and while contacting woohoo they told me we have informed amazon to unblock gift card, both statements contradict each other, secondly if woohoo can block gift cards within hours of issue then why took 4 days to unblock them ? Anyway still waiting for gift card to be unblock, now i never purchase via woohoo.

I just checked on playstore reviews of woohoo are terrible some people are waiting for their refund from 4 weeks to 7 months, my partial used gift card 3300 still stucked and each time they telling we had escalated your issue to higher authority, seems they had adopted non refunding policy as a income source , unless you fight for your money. Anyway i am still waiting for resolution, plz reply if you get any updates.
Now amazon have said that contact to woohoo only they can unlock the gift card …
Seems they are not ready to provide refund…
