As per Product Page no of Item showing as 32. But as per Quantity per 100 Gm it should be 1(You can mention You have ordered seeing Product No). So, you'll get refund as their Information is conflicting. Currently available in Some places in Kolkata. Check if it is available in your Location.
Max Quantity:6 (So you need to order with Other Item)
Step 1: Order from Amazon Fresh (Max qty is 6) with Other item. (Check in Amazon App no item should be show as 32, So for quantity ordered you should receive 6*32=192 pieces of Chocolate). Check below Image.

Step 2: Get that product Delivered.
Step 3: Inform Amazon Customer Care about the less quantity received and share all the snap. (All Product after Delivery, Product Page, Product Description Page)
Step 4: Get the amount refunded in Original Payment mode.

Here in packet it clearly says 18g per packet then ,when you will complain for less quantity will not they says , you ordered 18g/packet then how can you claim for 100g/ packet?
