Craftsvilla really has good customer support. i guess they got hit by a typically third rate mentality seller this time. Such people only think for the short term. And are incapable of thinking that in the long term only good ethics and values will get them money.

I had not favored or accused cv, in my first post told clearly that the mistake is not with cv but rather with the seller and hope cv will do what they are best know for i.e after sales service

and in my 2nd post clearly said that i dont agree that food items should not be bought online and had given clearly an example of me buying from same cv and got good quality almonds for lesser price

It appears that the seller in the 8 months old deal was excellent,
And almonds are top quality.
And this direct from Kashmir seller is
Bad in quality, irresponsible, not law abiding.
Delayed shipments, no. Standard courier co.
But the ultimate resposibilty lies with crafrsvilla esp. In folding,
They should handle such items if they can’t control the quality.

In my case, the product was shipped through overnite. After it spent 3 nights in their warehouse in my city without those guys making any effort to deliver, I wrote to craftsvilla last weekend asking them to look into it. I did not know anything about the quality of almonds at that time, as I wasn’t following this thread. Today, I got a call from them saying that there have been complaints about the quality of the almonds so they would offer me a voucher instead.

This is one more instance of their excellent customer care.

I still haven’t got any reply from them. I have asked for refund.

The only time that i ordered from CV was when it got launched. Got a coupon of 75% off (pay 1000 for 4000 worth items) at that time and bought 4 handbags which are of excellent quality. Liked by everyone seen it and some infact envied
