Other terms and conditions:

1. This airasia Move x Slogan Giveaway Contest (“Contest”) is organised by AirAsia Com Travel Sdn. Bhd. (Company No: 201301020508)(“Organiser”).
2. The Contest will be held from 25 September 2023 (“Contest Period”). The Organiser reserves the right to amend or extend the duration of the Contest at any time as it deems fit without prior notice and/or liability to any participant (“Participants”).

1. To qualify and participate in this Contest, the Participants must fulfill the following requirements during the Contest Period (“Contest Requirements”):
   1. must be a valid and existing airasia member (having subscribed and registered for membership under the loyalty and rewards program operated by the Organiser under the name “airasia rewards Program”) and have a unique registration number known as the “airasia member ID” issued by the Organiser at the point of participation in the Contest. In the event the Participant is not a registered airasia member at the commencement of the Contest Period, the Participant is required to sign-up as an airasia member on the airasia website at https://www.airasia.com/en/gb or the airasia Super App mobile application (“Dedicated Platforms”) before participating in the Contest. Any registration of airasia membership made by the Participants after the Contest Period shall disqualify such Participants from the Contest and Prize (hereunder defined) entitlement;
   2. this contest is only eligible for participant located in Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines and Malaysia based on the Internet Protocol geo-location detected; and
   3. must comply with the Contest Mechanism provided hereunder.

1. By participating in this Contest, the Participants who adhere to the following contest mechanism during the Contest Period (“Contest Mechanism”) may be eligible to win the Contest:
   1. Participant will received the e-direct mailing and submitted the slogan in the answer box. Participants that submit thru this channel only.
   2. The Participants shall submit
      1. a slogan must not more than 10 words. ( Tips: Keep it short and simple)
      2. Slogan can only be written in one (1) language, English. Slogan with mixed language is not accepted.
      3. Slogan need to represent airasia Move product which consist fo travel related product. ( Tips: Visit airasia Move app for more information about the product)
   3. By submitting the slogan, Participants grant airasia Move a non- exclusive, world wide, royalthy-free license to use, reproduce, and publish the slogan for promotional purposes and marketing purposes.
   4. Participants retain ownership of their slogans but agree not to use them for commercial purposes until the contest end.

1. Participants who adhere to the Contest Requirements and Contest Mechanism may be eligible to win the Contest, and Participants who provide incomplete entries or fail to abide by the Contest Requirements and Contest Mechanism will automatically be disqualified from the Contest without any further notice.
2. Entry to the Contest is free of charge and the Contest is open to Participants who are eighteen (18) years old and above on the date of entry and residing in Malaysia, except for the following:
   1. Permanent and/or temporary staff or employees of Capital A Berhad and its subsidiaries; and
   2. Representatives and/or agents (including advertising & promotion) of Capital A Berhad and its subsidiaries;
3. In case there are less than five (5) Participants, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel the Contest with or without any further notice and/or liability to the Participants.

1. Subject to the Contest’s terms and conditions as specified herein (“Terms and Conditions”), one (1) lucky Participant who strictly follows the Contest Requirements and Contest Mechanism will be selected as the Winner of this Contest (Winner”).
2. The Winner will be announced via email not more than 30 days from contest starting period. (“Winner Announcement Date”).
3. There shall be one (1) Winner will be entitled to receive the Prize. For clarity purposes, the Winner will receive the RM 6,000 cash worth of vouchers. Vouchers will be given in 20 promo codes x RM300. (“Prize”).
4. The Redemption Period for vouchers shall be from 12 months upon receiving the voucher ("Redemption"). Failure of the Winner to redeem during the Redemption period shall not constitute any liability on the part of the Organiser.
5. The redemption of the Prize is strictly limited to the following conditions:-
   1. The Prize shall be issued in a form of promotion code. The Winner shall redeem the Prize by applying such promotion code during payment checkout on the Dedicated Platforms.
   2. The Winner shall comply with the Redemption Period as stipulated in Clause 11.
   3. The redemption of the Prize is subject to availability on the Organiser’s website, www.airas...om or airasia Super App mobile application. Any applicable surcharges pursuant to redemption of the Prize shall be borne by the Winner.
6. The Prize is only claimable by the Winner. The Organiser may require proof of identity of the Winner but nothing herein obliges the Organiser under any circumstance to enquire, ascertain or investigate the identity of any person(s).
7. In the event the Winner is unreachable after three (3) days from the time of first attempt to communicate by the Organiser to contact the Winner, the Organiser shall reserve the right at its sole discretion to select and award another Winner with or without any further notice and/or assigning any reasons.
8. In the event the original Prize offered is not available, the Organiser reserves the right to substitute or replace the Prize with another prize of similar value. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize and its value shall be determined by the Organiser at its own discretion.
9. The decision of the Organiser in relation to every aspect of the Contest, including but not limited to the type of Prize and the Winner, is final, conclusive and binding and no further appeal, inquiry, complaint and/or correspondence will be entertained.

1. The Prize is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for money, money’s worth or other prizes.
2. In addition to the Terms and Conditions as specified herein, the Campaign’s General Terms and Conditions which can be found at https://www.airasia.com/aa/rewards/en/gb/campaign-general-terms-and-conditions.html (“General T&C”) will also apply to this Campaign. The General T&C may be amended from time to time, hence, you are advised to review it periodically to be aware of such modifications. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any terms and conditions set forth in the General T&C, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
3. These Terms and Conditions of the Contest are governed by the laws of Malaysia and subjected to the jurisdiction of a forum in Malaysia.
