1. AirAsia (India) Private Limited (“Airline” / “AirAsia India” / “I5”) Grand Sale’ offer (“Offer”) is valid only for bookings made between 22 Oct 2022 00:01 IST and 31 Oct 2022 23:59 IST for travel till 25 Mar 2023.
2. This offer is a discount of Flat 20% on the base fare, cabin and check-in baggage, and Red Carpet priority services and 50% off on meals, on relevant flight bookings made on www.airasia...in or the AirAsia India Mobile app only.
   
3. To apply the discount on base fares, the Promo Code ‘NEU20’ must be applied in the ‘Apply Offer’ section while booking. Airport fees and charges and government levied taxes will be applicable above the discounted value of the base fare.
   
4. To apply the discount on meals, cabin and check-in baggage, and Red Carpet priority services (“Add-ons”), the add-ons must be selected and booked on www.airasia...in or the AirAsia India Mobile app while making the flight booking only. No Promo Code is required for the discount on add-ons.
   
5. In the event of any misuse or abuse of Offer by the customer, AirAsia reserves the right to cancel the Booking.
   
6. Seats are limited and may not be available for all dates, flights, or routes.
   
7. This is a limited inventory offer, available on a first-come-first-serve basis. In case the seats allocated for this Offer are sold out, regular fares will be featured wherever available for booking.
   
8. The Offer is applicable on AirAsia India (I5) flights only and is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.
   
9. Fares include base fare, taxes, airport charges and do not include convenience fees, or ancillary services.
   
10. The Offer advertised on “Up to 8% NeuCoins” is applicable on eligible spends and is awarded as per the standard earn rates members are eligible for based on their AirAsia badge as listed in the Badges & Benefits section on www.airasia.co.in/loyalty-benefits.
    
11. Badge based discounts are awarded only to NeuPass Members travelling on the PNR, provided the First Name, Last Name, and Mobile number entered for each passenger while booking matches the NeuPass Member records and the traveller’s government issued official ID. Member fares are accessible only to logged in members, irrespective of the passengers travelling on the PNR. Badge based discounts and members fares can be clubbed if the booking and travel are both done by members.
    
12. NeuCoins are awarded on completion of the flight journey, only to NeuPass Members travelling on the PNR, provided the First Name, Last Name, and Mobile number entered for each passenger while booking matches the NeuPass Member records and the traveller’s government issued official ID. NeuCoins are awarded to the member travelling on the PNR and not to the booker.
    
13. No refunds are permitted after the payment has been made. Cancellations are subject to applicable fees specified at Airline’s official website (www.airasia.co.in).
    
14. The Airline reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Offer with or without any prior notice and reason. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination, or suspension by the Airline shall not entitle the passengers to any claim or compensation against the Airline for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination, or suspension.
    
15. The Airline reserves the right to vary, delete, or amend the Offer terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) from time to time without any prior notice which shall be applicable to the passengers at all times.
    
16. The passenger(s) agree to be bound by these T&Cs. The bookers and passenger(s) are also deemed to have given their consent for the collection of personal information, governed by AirAsia India Privacy Policy available at www.airasia.co.in/privacy-statement.
    
17. These T&Cs are in addition to and not in substitution of the Conditions of Carriage of AirAsia India which will be applicable upon booking by the passenger. All bookings and travel are subject to AirAsia India’s Terms and Conditions of Carriage.
    
18. If any act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Airline and which prevents the Airline from complying with these terms and conditions, the passenger(s) acknowledge and agree not to hold the Airline or the employees liable for any failure to perform or for any delay in performing its obligations.
    
19. The Airlines’ decision shall be final and binding on any and all disputes arising out of this Offer. These T&Cs shall be governed by the laws of India and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction on all matters arising out of or due to this Offer.
