The Offer shall be applicable only to customers transacting with Tata Neu HDFC Bank credit cards non-EMI, "Eligible Customers").

Tata Neu HDFC Bank Credit Card Offers Terms and Conditions ("Offer Terms"):

6. All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or because of above offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in Mumbai only.
