Air India Express - Get More on your Gateway Offer - Flat 50% Off Flight Bookings + 25% Off Meals & Beverages (Book Till 30 Jun)

1. Air India Express Limited and AIX Connect Private Limited (Formerly known as AirAsia (India) Private Limited) (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Airline”) is happy to announce its “Get More On Your Gateway” offer which will be valid for bookings and travel from 5th June to 30th June 2024 (IST) (“Offer”) 
2. The Offer is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or extendable in validity or any other benefits. 
3. The Offer advertised on “Get More On Your Gateway” is applicable for logged-in NeuPass members (“Members”) making travel bookings through the official website of the Airline i.e., www.airindiaexpress.com (the “Website”) or through the Airline’s official mobile application (inclusive: android & iOS). For NeuPass loyalty Members, standard earn rates would be followed based on the respective loyalty badge as listed in the “Badges & Benefits” section on www.airindiaexpress.com/loyalty.
4. NeuCoins will be awarded on the completion of the flight journey, which will be valid only to the NeuPass Members travelling on the PNR, provided the First Name, Last Name, and Mobile number entered while booking for each Member matches the NeuPass Members' records and the traveller's government issued official ID. Note: NeuCoins are awarded to the Members travelling on the PNR and not to the booker.
5. The Offer is applicable only for successful bookings, wherein bookings are made with no complete cancellation (“Successful Booking”). In the event of a complete cancellation, the credited discount will be withdrawn, and NeuPass customers will not be eligible for the Offer.
6. This is a limited inventory Offer, available on a first-come-first-serve basis. In case the seats allocated for this Offer are sold out, regular fare conditions will apply.
7. Badge-based discounts are awarded only to NeuPass members travelling on the PNR, provided the First Name, Last Name, and the Mobile number entered for each Member while booking matches the NeuPass Members records and the traveler's government-issued official ID. Members fares are accessible only to logged-in Members, irrespective of the Members travelling on the PNR. Badge-based discounts and Members' fares can be clubbed if the booking and travel are both done by Members.
8. No refunds are permitted after the payment has been made. Cancellations are subject to applicable fees specified at Airline’s official website.
9. The Airline reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Offer with or without any prior notice and reason. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination, or suspension by the Airline shall not entitle the Members to any claim or compensation against the Airline for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination, or suspension.
10. The Airline reserves the right to vary, delete, or amend the Offer terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) from time to time without any prior notice which shall be applicable to the Members at all times.
11. The Member(s) agree to be bound by these T&Cs. The bookers and Member(s) are also deemed to have given their consent for the collection of personal information, governed by the Airline’s Privacy Policy available at the Website and are also subjected to the T&C herein set out upon availing the Offer.
12. These T&Cs are in addition to and not in substitution of the Conditions of Carriage (“COC”) which will be applicable upon booking by the Members. All bookings and travel are subject to the COC of the Airline.
13. If any act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Airline and which prevents the Airline from complying with these T&C , the Member(s) acknowledge and agree not to hold the Airline or the employees liable for any failure to perform or for any delay in performing its obligations.
14. The Airline's decision shall be final and binding on all disputes arising out of this Offer. These T&Cs shall be governed by laws of India. The courts at New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction on all matters arising out of or due to this Offer.
