There are a lot of QR scanners available at the petrol pump. The petrol pump's own QR scanner, Paytm scanner and other third party scanners. You have to ask for the Paytm scanner specifically to use the Fuel wallet or else it won't be utilised. If it's a non-paytm scanner then only upi/bank account will be available for payment in the Paytm app.
