Is the cashback getting credited instantly ?

Promocode was reflecting in my account, but didn't receive any cashback post transaction. 

T&C says - CB in Paytm Wallet by 01-Feb-23. Amex is quite reliable. If not received, you can complain to them on 2nd Feb they will usually honor the 500 immediately and take it up with paytm.

I remember for amex 2.65% and for normal credit card it's 2.3%,not sure when they increased it,

Now 3.65 for amex and normal card 3.3.%.

If we have 2% upto 300 offer in paytm, will it get combined with this

I am KYC user from years and before they introduced charges had done transaction a lot like this one

added 9k but it gave cashback for 2% cb offer only even though i have applied amex500 code

Added 10k but received only 207 cashback not 500...

I had a chat with Amex customer care about the offer. They confirmed it.

I think both 2% and Amex offers should work as promo code was applied. Is promo code still showing for ppl who got 2%?

Paytm is telling "your bank declined .." for past two days. 

Not received 5%cb, Received 2% back, charged 4.65%, total loss = 2.65%

Saw this offer in my account, but when I tried for 10k, I got the error "Please try with different payment mode like UPI, netbanking or a different card. Transaction limits will revise as you continue using Paytm.". I did load 4k this month from Amex so probably hit some monthly limit. When I lowered it to 5k it went through but was charged 2.64% commission.

Will ICICI Rubyx Amex work?
