Terms & Conditions
1. Definitions:
“Offer” means to use UPI LITE feature on BHIM app as specified in section 2 below to win ₹40 as cashback.
“Offer Period” shall commence from 1st January 2025 and shall continue till 15th January 2025.
User shall mean a person who has enabled UPI LITE Wallet on BHIM.

2. Eligibility:
This Offer is open to select BHIM App users.
User must make a successful UPI Lite Wallet Topup transaction of minimum value ₹1000 on BHIM.
Each User will be eligible for the cashback only once during the Offer Period.
Each User must make minimum 3 transactions to be eligible for cashback.
Multiple cashback offers cannot be clubbed together. In case of a clash, the maximum cashback arising from the transaction will be considered.
3. Other Terms and Conditions:
Participation in the Offer is entirely voluntary, and it is agreed and understood by the Users that participation shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
NPCI reserves the right to change, amend, add, or delete the terms and conditions associated with the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. NPCI also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of NPCI shall be final and binding in all respects.
In case of any fraudulent/ suspicious transaction, NPCI reserves the right to remove the User from the eligibility of the Offer.
NPCI shall not be obliged to make any public announcements of the results of the Offer.
All cashback amounts will be credited within 7 days from the end date of the Offer Period (i.e. January 22nd, 2025)
NPCI will try to credit the cashback amount to the winner’s UPI account twice and if the transaction declines, the Offer will be withdrawn for the User.
All disputes related to the Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mumbai.
The terms and conditions of the Offer shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation to the BHIM terms and conditions and UPI LITE Terms. All capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the BHIM terms and conditions and UPI LITE Terms.
