I think CRED has some way of recognising add-on cards or to find out whether the card actually belongs to that CRED account holder. Had unique add-on cards linked to their CRED accounts respectively, offer itself was not showing in that account for that card.
Maybe Visa plays a role here differentiating primary cards for enabling single click payments.

didn’t work for hsbc, stanchar.
Cred somehow detects add-on cards, so the offer doesn’t work separately on add-on cards.
