1. The terms and conditions of Zero Free Cancellation offer (“Offer”) shall be read in conjunction with that of the terms and conditions of the Adani One platform and Free Cancellation Services.
2. The Offer is valid for bookings made from 30th May 2024, from 00:01 hours until 30th June 2024 till 11:59 hours.
3. For the duration of this Offer, the Free Cancellation charges shall be waived off at the time of train ticket booking.
4. The transaction or spending should only pertain to the train ticket booking category as categorised on Adani One only.
5. Claim refund will be processed when the following conditions are met: Ticket is cancelled 6 hours before the scheduled departure time OR The ticket is cancelled before the chart preparation* time, whichever is earlier. *Train chart preparation time is controlled by Indian Railways. The chart is usually prepared 4 hours before the departure of the train from the originating station. For early morning trains, the chart is usually prepared the night before.
6. Example 1: Chart preparation is done less than 6 hours prior to departure time. Ticket Price (Ticket fare only): Rs. 1500; Booking Time: 15th Jan 2022 10:00 hrs; Departure Time: 20th Jan 2022 20:00 hrs; chart preparation time is 20th Jan 2022 16:00 hrs; Ticket Cancellation before 14:00 hrs on 20th Jan 2022: User Refund = Full Refund (Rs. 1500); Ticket Cancellations after 14:00 hrs on 20th Jan 2022: User Refund = Partial Refund (as per IRCTC cancellation policy). The offer is available only on selected trains booked on Adani One.
7. Example 2: Chart preparation is done more than 6 hours prior to departure time. Ticket Price (Ticket fare only): Rs. 1500; Booking Time: 15th Jan 2022 10:00 hrs; Departure Time: 20th Jan 2022 20:00 hrs; chart preparation time is 20th Jan 2022 13:00 hrs.; Ticket Cancellation before 13:00 hrs on 20th Jan 2022: User Refund = Full Refund (Rs. 1500).; Ticket Cancellation after 13:00 hrs on 20th Jan 2022: User Refund = Partial Refund (As per IRCTC cancellation policy).
8. If a train is partially/fully cancelled, refunds will not be allowed, even though free cancellation service is available. The user must file a TDR to obtain a refund from IRCTC.
9. The offering is available only on selected trains booked on Adani One.
10. If a Customer cancels a ticket wherein, they availed Free Cancellation service, then the standard refund time is 7 to 14 working days, and the refund shall be made to the original source of payment through which Customer has paid for the ticket booking.
11. Adani One reserves the right to add/alter/change/or vary at any time, without notice, any or all these terms and conditions or to replace, entirely or in part, whether similar to this service or not, or to withdraw it altogether. We also reserve the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reason and/or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
12. Participation in this Offer is voluntary. By participating in the Offer, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of using the Adani One Platform.
13. The Offer is completely optional and is chosen by the Customer/User at his/her own discretion. Any Customer/User availing himself/herself of this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
14. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by you, we reserve the right to deny the Offer.
15. All the tickets/bookings issued to the customer shall additionally be governed by the terms and conditions laid out by IRCTC.
16. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-renewable, non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-extendable.
17. In case of cancellation of a booking purchased using a voucher/coupon code or Adani Reward Points, the discount provided will be deducted/settled from the refund amount as per eligibility.
18. ADL/Adani One is the sole authority for the interpretation of these Terms.
19. ADL/Adani One shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to a force majeure event.
20. ADL/Adani One shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the Offer.
21. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer of the travel agent, Adani One reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking. Adani One shall not refund the booking amount in such cases.
22. Customers, who are travel agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers, and Adani One reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking. Adani One shall not refund the booking amount in such cases.
23. By opting for this Offer, every customer expressly agrees that neither ADL nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with such discount that arises from such customer’s own act of omission or commission.
24. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the service by the customer or travel agent, Adani One reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
25. All disputes under this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Gurugram.
26. Please note that the free cancellation only applies to the selected cases and not to all cases. To claim this offer, the user must click the available check box.
27. In no event the entire liability of Adani One under this offer shall exceed the fee paid by the customer for availing Free Cancellation facility provided by Adani One .
28. Adani One shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the service.
29. In the case of partial cancellation, the user will only be refunded the total amount of the fare associated with that cancelled passenger. The same amount will be adjusted in the total discounts offered by Adani One, like promo and loyalty, etc., and then processed in the original source of payment.
30. On cancellation of the train ticket, only the ticket fare will be refunded. Other charges like Agent commission, IRCTC Convenience Fee, Payment Gateway Charges including taxes are non-refundable.
31. In a case where the train gets cancelled, the user does not need to cancel the booking manually. IRCTC will automatically initiate a refund of the ticket fare, which will be credited to the original mode of payment.
