Be cautious while booking, only if someone confirmed successful booking. Last month tried booking trains on this portal. Money deducted booking did not proceed. Customer care number doesn't work. Got money back from gateway after two weeks after complaining.

I did payment via UPI, money got debited and got payment failed message and then tried to do payment again then it said duplicate transaction as payment is already done for this transaction.

Book only if it's confirmed and and you are traveling. You won't b refunded. My ticket got cancelled due to non confirmation. Irctc refunded but adani ji isn't ready to refund. My b he thought if he refund me his shares may fall. Anyway I am still waiting for refund.

I think we can use the usa number trick and use it multiple times....as we use to loot on Zomato....till 2019-2020....as nothing mentioned that offer is only applicable on Indian numbers
