item delivered today. the product has a 2 star energy rating. the power cord specs indicate 150w power consumption.. Installation tomorrow, obd guy didnt remove screen edge sticker and screen guard, said the installation guy will remove it.

As of now two dimers @RootuThala & @vis385 have received the TV.
And both have mentioned that they saw screen bleeding (2-3 dots) at bottom near sticker.
It is clear that Seller is sending defective piece/batch of Acer TVs.
Take decision accordingly.
I have also got the delivery installation done took extended tv protection plan of 2299/- but do they honour this and give benefit

Update : No dots / defects as such after installation.
Installation persons were bunch of retards. Broke my tiles after agreeing to a installation of 750.
Then did table top installation and I took 2299 extended warranty.
Warranty payment is done but acknowledgement/warranty card/terms not recieved yet.
I myself did the wall mounting and it looks very nice.
Overall happy with the purchase at 15.5k
Just a query: the 3 years extended warranty covers accidental in any way ? Or only manufacturing defects

Received the Acerpure 55 inches TV yesterday in Indore. Ordered it at Rs 15,548 with HDFC Card. Physical condition of the TV is good which I checked during the open box delivery. Installation is scheduled for tomorrow. Technician who will visit for installation told that they will charge Rs 500 for wall mount. In local shop, wall mount for 55 inches TV is available for Rs 350. I'll check for screen bleeding and other issues mentioned by Dimers.
UPDATE: Installation is completed one day earlier by Jeeves technician. No screen bleeding issue is detected in the TV. There is no issue is connecting any USB drive. (Go to home- Select Dashboard {settings icon} - You'll see USB drive on the right hand corner side). TV's picture quality is good and audio quality is average. At Rs 15,548 or even at Rs 18,000 it was definitely a steal deal. Took wall mount from technician as quality of wall mount was good for which he charged Rs 500. However, table stand is provided free inside the package.

For pendrive detection please check setting in that input and see if usb drive shows on left side of tv screen

How long is the cord for this tv ? Exact length would help me to make some arrangements before this gets delivered.

Details of extended warranty and protection plans for Acerpure 55 inches TV shared by Jeeves technician to me. I haven't opt for any of these as there was no any issue in my unit and I wanted to keep overall cost of TV low.

i have noticed some light bleeding in lower corners of tv
i just want to know is it normal or an serious issue and may it will remain same or effect will cover more screen area in future

Same here. It happens due to no proper fitting. If we do not hurt TV, it's not hurt us . I mean it's okay for all budget/local TVs.
I have this in my nokia 43 inch tv , I can only see when turning it on i.e only in white background and it's not spreaded in last 6 months
I took 2 years extended warranty and it's showing starting from 2027.
Installation guy was saying it's under offer so showing 3+2 years, not sure what is true.
