Does anybody face issues when adding pay balance with amex card?

i am not a amazon patron but using these offer from amazon has benefits of multiple fold if you think :
1. Already 10% interest Rs.100 on Rs.1000 , bank gives 7% after one year on FD and 4%
on savings a/c deposit that too after a year.
2. Pay balance can be used for daily use like bill payments , grocery , gift cards like BMS which

3. If you pay by credit card you get credit card points.
4. Soon you can make other payments using amazon pay liike OLA / UBER.
you can get another rs 20 cashback on 100 recharge wth these pay balance

If you want to add amazon pay balance via Amex card then it will reflect in your account in upto 4 hours. I am facing the same issue then contacted to customer care of both Amazon & Amex and got this answer so don’t worry your money is safe but will take time to reflect in your account. Good Luck !
