1. This is a limited term promotional offer (“Offer”) provided and funded by Audible Singapore Private Limited (“Audible”), and made available on [ https://www.amaz...n/] and the corresponding mobile site and mobile application thereof (collectively, “Amazon.in”).
2. 7. The applicable Benefit under this Offer will be activated and configured as part of the Audible account of the Eligible Customer at the time such customer signs up for the Audible membership during the Offer Period, subject to fulfillment of all the required steps.
8. An Eligible Customer will be eligible to receive the Benefit under this Offer only once.
9. There are no cash or other alternatives available in whole or in part, in relation to the Benefit under this Offer.
10. Audible may disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the operation of the Offer or abusing the Offer.
11. Audible reserves the absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the Offer at any time without prior notice, and reserves the right to remove / withdraw this Offer from at any time and without any prior notice.
12. This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
13. You are not bound in any manner to participate in or avail the Offer. This Offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis and participating in or availing the Offer is voluntary.
