Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign Duration is as follows :
a) Promotion Period: 1 November 2024- 30 April 2025 (both dates inclusive)
b) Stay Period: 1 November 2024 – 30 September 2025 (both dates inclusive)
2. Canadia Bank VISA Cardholders must book on the dedicated Trip.com Global website & app through: https://www.tr...om only or through https://www.trip.com/w/canad...nk. Bookings made on other Trip.com websites/countries will not be eligible
3. Payment must be made with a valid and active Canadia Bank VISA Credit & Debit Card issued by Canadia Bank Cambodia. Other bank cards or non-Canadia Bank VISA issued cards would not be eligible
4. Hotel Promo Offering:
• Cardmembers would enjoy 25% off hotel booking with no minimum spend with the code: CNBSTAY25
• The discount applies to the price after taxes and fees have been applied
• The hotel promo code is only applicable to pre-pay rooms (excluding rooms on promotion), and transactions made in United States Dollar, (‘USD”). Some properties may be excluded from the promotion
• Discount is capped at USD 100 per booking/transaction made by Cardholders
• Offer is limited to 3x per user during a single month. Cardholders can utilise the promotion in the subsequent calendar month if they have hit the limit in a single month
5. Flights Promo Offering:
• Cardmembers would enjoy 25% off on flight booking with no minimum spend with the code: CNBFLY25 and transactions made in United States Dollars, (‘USD”).
• The discount applies to the price after taxes and fees have been applied
• Discount is capped at USD 100 per booking/transaction made by Cardholders
• Offer is limited to 3x per user during a single month. Cardholders can utilise the promotion in the subsequent calendar month if they have hit the limit in a single month
6. Different hotels/airline partners may have different cancellation policies. Cardholders are advised to read the cancellation policies for the specific hotels/airlines on Trip.com before the booking is made. Other terms and conditions specifically for the hotels or airlines would apply.
7. Offer is applicable for both new and existing Trip.com customers. For new customers, Canadia Bank Cardholders must sign up for a Trip.com account to be able to use the promo code. For existing users, Cardholders have to login into their account
8. If you change a booking for which you used a promo code, that promo code will no longer be valid. To use the promo code again, please cancel the booking and make a new booking within the promotion period. Booking is subject to availability.
9. Promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers and cannot be exchanged for cash or Trip Coins
10. To the extent permitted by law, Trip.com will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs, or claims arising out of or relating to this promotion.
