If you’re getting 20% discount on prescription medicines that’s pretty rare and great. In my city (Metro) you can get 10-12% discount on average but high value medicines like insulin gets 8-10%.

I believe almost every medical store gives min of 10% discount these days and many give 20% on 1000rs
