Money added successfully at 12 Aug 12:26 AM. Cashback point still not recieved. Even though it's written that it will be credited within 24 hours. Tried to call paytm customer care after a long here and there ivr option juggling finally someone picked up the call but they said it's part of deals and gift voucher department. So I have to raise complaint via app. But there is no option to raise complaint in app. Just a stupid paytm assistant bot constantly babbling useless information. Any idea how to reach actual paytm customer care. Is there any email?
