• Offer: Amazon gift voucher worth Rs 150 (e-Voucher) to customers on performing one or more of the below transactions on the Citi Mobile App using their Citi Credit Card:
• Conversion of a transaction of Rs.2500 or more to an EMI
• Book a Loan on Card or a Top-Up on an existing Loan on Card
• Utility bill payment of Rs.500 or more. E.g.: gas, electricity, post-paid mobile etc.
• The Offer shall be valid between 00.00 Hrs on 16 Dec, 2019 to 23.59 Hrs on 31 Dec, 2019 (“Offer Period”)
• This Offer is valid for select set of credit card customers holding valid Citibank Rewards or IOC credit cards issued in India (“Customer”) who meet all of the following criteria:
• Customers who have logged into Citibank Online between November 1, 2019 and November 30, 2019.
• Customers who have not logged into the Citi Mobile App between November 1, 2019 and November 30, 2019.
• Customers who have received the invitation to offer via email/SMS/mobile app notification/ post-login banner on Citibank Online/call with a Citiphone Officer
• Customer who are eligible to book a Loan on Card or a Top-Up Loan on Card
• Citibank shall send an intimation vide an e-mail on registered email ID, an SMS on registered mobile number, mobile app notification on Citi Mobile App, post-login banner on Citibank Online account of select eligible customer, or vide a call with a Citiphone officer, at its sole discretion, to participate in the Offer. In order to be eligible for the Offer, Customers should have a valid mobile number or email id registered on the credit card account with Citibank.
• Customers qualifying under the Offer will receive an Amazon Gift Voucher worth Rs.150 (e-Voucher). The qualifying Customers shall be notified vide e-mail on their registered e-mail Id or SMS on their registered mobile no.
• e-Voucher will be shared with all eligible Customers, within 90 working days from the end of Offer Period subject to the Customer having received above mentioned intimation e-mail/SMS and having performed qualifying actions. The timeline provided is only indicative of expected period and may differ from actual date on which the e-Voucher is shared.
• Citibank’s discretion in determining eligibility of customer to participate in the Offer or to receive intimation to participate in Offer or for a transaction shall be final, conclusive and binding upon the Customers. The Customer agrees, accepts and acknowledges that no claim, disputes shall be raised against Citibank in this regard.
• Citibank holds no warranty and is not representative of the delivery, services, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the products made available to Customer under this Offer.
• In reference to any claims related to the usability of the e-Voucher, they must be addressed in writing, by the Customers directly to the merchant and Citibank shall not entertain any communication in this regard.
• Customer will be eligible only once for the offer during the Offer Period, across all Citibank credit cards owned by the customer. For example, if a customer owns a Rewards as well as an IOC Credit Card and performs eligible transactions using both cards during the Offer Period, the Customer would still be eligible to receive only one e-Voucher.
• The decision of Citibank would be considered final for awarding the e-Voucher to qualified Customers. The Customer agrees and accepts that no claims pertaining to the qualification for the e-Voucher shall be raised against Citibank.
• Citibank shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, to the card holder, directly or indirectly, as a result of participating in the Offer or by the use or non-use of the Offer.
• Citibank reserves the right to, at any stage and at its discretion, modify/change or alter the terms of Offer including but not limited to Offer Period.
• Neither anything contained in these Terms & Conditions, nor the running of this offer to which they apply, shall be construed as an obligation on Citibank, N.A. to continue the Offer after the Offer Period.
• The Customer shall not hold Citibank, N.A., its group entities, or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses which a member claims to have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and/or on account of the Offer and Citibank N.A. holds no warranties in respect of the same.
• The above Terms & Conditions need to be read in conjunction with the detailed Citibank Account Terms & Conditions, Citi Mobile Terms & Conditions, Citibank Card member Terms & Conditions, Citibank EMI Terms & Conditions, Citibank Loan Terms & Conditions, MITC and conditions as applicable to Citibank credit card. The terms and conditions of the Offer shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation to the rules and regulations governing the use of Citibank credit cards terms and conditions and/or the Citibank websites or apps as stated above. Payment of fees/service charges/all other amounts due from the Customer to Citibank from usage of the credit card under this Offer and/or otherwise will be governed by Citibank Terms & Conditions and the Card member terms and conditions. • A Customer without being required to do any further action, shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions herein.
• The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer and cannot be transferred or assigned to any other person/customer.
• If the Offer and/or anything to be done by Citibank or any other entity in respect of the Offer is prevented or delayed by causes, circumstances or events beyond the control of Citibank or any other entity, including but not limited to computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government or other causes of like or similar or other character beyond the control of Citibank or the other entity/ies, then Citibank and/or the other entity/ies shall not be liable for the same to the extent so prevented or delayed, and will not be liable for any consequences.
• Citibank reserves the right to, without liability or prejudice to any of its other rights, at any time, without previous notice and from time to time, withdraw/suspend/amend/cancel or amend/modify/vary any of the Terms & Conditions of this Offer, without assigning reasons therefore.
• The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai.
