Conversion rate : 4 Gold Dimes = 1 Dime

What if a 10 year old dimer has under 2500 gold dime, and he/she commented no the previous post, and on this post (which is later) also? His/her gold dimes will be converted to 1:10 ratio, or 1:4 ratio?
