I got 20% up to ₹500 (mov ₹300 at Reliance, ₹500 at Dmart). Valueback as in points worth 20% or 12%. So if you spend ₹1000, then points worth ₹200=2000 points.

It seems a bogus offer
I transacted on Reliance smart after activating the offer. But it didn't count. In transaction history it is showing "settlement with merchant pending" even after 1 hour.
The activated offer is expired and I don't think I will get the cashback now.

Yes best is to avoid.
I visited reliance smart yesterday activated the offer transacted but onecard wasn't able to link my transaction to the offer.
Specifically with 'reliance smart' their is issue with merchant as well. Reliance smart store transaction is charged on the card with the name of 'reliance retail ltd' due to which it's likely onecard is not able to link the transaction.
Raising complain is the only option and hoping onecard will provide the reward as per the offer.
A way around is to make a small transaction without activating the offer of e.g. rs 10 to find out with what name transaction is been charged on the card. If merchant name is matching properly the offer merchant name, maybe can give a shot of transacting with a higher value.
Who all were able to get benefits, share transaction details i.e. merchant name location name maybe ppl who wish to avail can consider these merchants only.

Yes. You are absolutely correct. In that case, even Dmart will cause problems because the merchant name is Avenue something, I think.
I got value back at immediately after DMart store transaction, though name showing ad Avenue Super Market
