How to transfer 1k gv, phonepe education must select 983+ charges but the transaction are failing. In cred education payment must be above 1000. Buying 1k is a mistake if one wants to transfer back to bank.

I don't see chip in physical card ....I think it cannot be used offline... Also no option to set 4 digit PIN for POS machines
As per RBI - Gift cards dnt required EMV chips. You can use Magnetic strip for offline transaction.
