i guess they might be tracing our account details so whenever u try on a new device they are confirming the phone no.
Error coming that promo code cannot be applied for this transaction due to suspicious activity found. Any idea how to restore the account back to normal

Done 4 times from 4 FC account in which have some money Got 40 benefit from all and FC balance is same.
Note- 1. Make a 1 min difference to same mobile number recharge from pending situation.
2. Do not use any emulator for suspicious activity.

main freecharge act no is airtel prepaid. do not want to risk act suspension on a higher balance freecharge act.
also can not try recharging airtel prepaid as many say airtel prepaid not successful. imagine me using second freecharge act in the app in a old android phone (on wif only with no sim i) with otp coming to my rel gsm in the dubba feature phone & then doing the recharge for the rel gsm sim in the feauture phone

Oh! again I deliberately skipped this chillar offer. Happy with codes I receive in mail. Every month codes worth Rs. 75 (like FRC25 valid twwice and C25 working in same acc.) or 100/account are received in different acc. applicable with netbanking/fc balance. The last time I used DC/CC on Freecharge was in December 2014. Always play safe and avoid blocking.

dealcrackers Do you have Freecharge balance ? If so, try applying the code by removing the freecharge balance option. Tick it after the code is applied succesfully and then do the recharge using balance. Worked for me just now.
