Banner is showing but not applying discount for me . I selected debit card option and entered paytm visa card
First add the card by adding ₹1 to your wallet.
Then try paying your bill.

the discount got applied and after entering the OTP, It showed payment failed. when tried again, discount is not applying 
Paytm are cheaters. Added upgraded VISA Card to account but discount didn’t apply. Should have tried with amount less than bill value

You can’t enter the bill amount manually.It’ll be fetched based on your account id and non-editable
