You can use housing.com, nobroker , cred to take money in bank account
I created a new Nobroker Account and put my mothers bank account, address. But read some reviews that they can sometimes flag your transaction as suspicious and put your money on hold, then you have to call customer care to get that money back.
Yes sometimes They holds your amount and ask for rental agreement. In case you are unable to provide the rental agreement they deducts around 1% from the total amount and transfers the remaining amount to the source from transaction was initiated.
One of my friend used to transfer money from noBroker via one card to bank account but again when he registered the recipient with noBroker (as they allow only one transfer a month) and transfer the amount to different account, they put his money on hold and asked for rent agreement and as due to Covid he felt to provide, they deducted 3% (1% service charge and 2% for failing to provide rent agreement) of his amount and even transferred the amount to source, which is very bad, they should have atleast transfer the amount to target account as they already deducted 3%. They haven’t also listen his request.
Seems like many are using in current lockdown to ease cash flow.
