What does G+2 mean in Gram panchayat approval?

For an apartment building with Gram panchayat approval (not GHMC), if it has ground floor for just parking space (stilt floor), would G+2 mean that building can have 3 floors on top of parking where the floor above parking is considered as G floor? Or is it just 2 floor above parking?

Are you sure? I checked the building approval plan and it just says G+2 and no mention of stilt floor

any new building permission for construction of ground plus two (G+2) floors for residential purpose should be through the online TSbPASS - Telangana State Building Permission Approval and Self-Certification System only.
