- 1500 Rs annual fee is too costly for a rupay card
- All tata store's quoated prices have crazy mark up compared to amzn
- tata neu's app customer care is non existent & u chat with BOT
- even their app's customer care User Interface is sha it
- not only that tata neu phokers forcibly refund to wallet instead of cc to make u buy from them only
- In gist you will pay 1500 annual fee for sheety customer care, high prices for product that u can get cheaply elsewhere & still get cashback
- heard Rs250 free delivery is also a gimmick as after initial few times many people found bb cancelled orders quoting operational restraints bool shet
- want upiCC then a lot of other options are there than tata nu that are LTF
