I was holding Tata Neu Plus LTF card since a year, and I saw few comments on DD that if you have 1.5 L+ limit, then you can upgrade it to Infinity.
I did the same, and after a long waiting period(probably due to new Financial year), finally it has been upgraded to Infinity, that too LTF
.PS: I am a Tata employee. May be thatswhy upgrade became easier.

Hi Tata Nue infinity card holders
This is my first statement of TATA Nue infinity card, I couldn't find 1.5 % on UPI and 10% on Big basket.
Please check the statement of approx Rs. 84500 and please tell.

Mail was replied. They didn't consider for Tata Neu infinity card citing the reason as limit should be more that 1.5L to be eligible to upgrade from Plus to Infinity.
Are you one of the Tata neu card employee or a real Tata employee. Guess system wouldn't know the difference right, They may also try I think
I am the real Tata employee 
and previously, system was unable to know the difference but now it knows.
Tried to use upgrade and limit enhance option on My Card app of HDFC but got same reply that I am having the best of card with best of limits.
I don't understand why people are mad about this card 
Its a good card if you spend on tata brands. And if you link it with cred, then 1.5% neucoins on upi spends , plus random cred cashback. If its paid, then I am not sure about its worth but if its free then its good

Sorry maybe a repeat question, but whats the benefit of the Tata Neu infinity card? How is it better than plus?
Also for the ease of others I would like to make one fact clear that HDFC TataNeu card is LTF for all Tata Employees. Every Tata Employee can sign up on Tata Shop Share Smile which is a platform that provides offer and coupons for various Tata Owned brands exclusively to Tata Family Members. It also has HDFC TataNeu Card LTF offer. Also i got it LTF even before this offer showed up on TSSS.
I have 1.59 lakhs limit on my card, how do I upgrade?
Send a mail to [email protected] asking for upgrade. They will do it.
If anyone is looking to apply for TataNeu HDFC CC they can reach out to me. I am a Tata Employee and a lot of people who weren’t getting LTF offer got LTF Infinity/Plus using my referral.
