RC Book -Speed post Tracking details not trackable

I have got message from RTO that my RC book is dispatched and given the Speed Post Tracking Number on 2nd May 2024. But till now neither delivered nor the tracking number they given is trackable.
Any solution for the same?

So, which means they wont deliver it..Its not even trackable.Let me check with them tomorrow.

contact nearest post office, it should have been delivered till now. It could be possible that delivery could have failed due to non availability or phone not reachable.

But on what basis I can ask in nearest post office as this tracking number not even traceable.

Collect From Post Office Else After Few Days They Will Send Back To RTO ,
U Have To Visit RTO And Take Card.
