It's DDR4. Motherboards are still costly. I don't think it's worth buying DDR4 today. But good price for 12400F. Prices for processors are insane since 13th gen.

yeah except nvme prices every components price is low now
like said in above comments buy a 12400f @ 9k in offer attach with any
H610 mobo (7k)
8GB*2 3200mhz cl16 rams (3.2k)
RX6600 gpu (20k)
1tb SN580 (6k)
450w/550w coolermaster mwe psu (3k)
and u have a pretty bang for buck custom pc for 48k total
