Hotel booking with HDFC Regalia CC Reward Points

Hi guys,
I need to book a 5 Hotel for coming weekend for 2 night (Fri/Sat) in Jaipur.
I have a Regalia CC with 5000 reward points and a Millenia DC and most other credit cards (except Amex).
Please suggest me how should I do this booking.

I have found that smartbuy is always costly compared to MMT/Agoda.
Process through smartbuy is relatively simple. During checkout you get the option to pay upto 70% by reward points. Enter your card details, points to deduct. That’s it.

So, for regalia card holders redemption of points to buy vouchers is better value for money or booking flights/hotels?
