fill a form, they will ask u to share a video while charging and pressing on button. They will pickup and send a old version

I Also Got This Problem Thought The Battery Was Dead Or Magnet 🧲 Port Problem, Checked With Another Cable Its Working, Raised Request.
They Closed Request By Saying It Has Been Processed , After 7 Days Received Courier Contains New Charge Cable (No Tracking Num Given)
