The mainline stabilizer is the most optimal solution. Go to your nearby shop, they will calculate the load and suggest the stabilizer accordingly.

So first entry line itself is routed thru this? Cost? Any brand suggestions?

Use AC surge protection breaker on your main line. Trips your line in few nanoseconds and saves appliances from frying up. Not expensive but you need to reset it every time it trips.

Else use a high amp stabilizer on mainline.

Sometimes it can happen due to earthing problem also.Kindly ask the electrician to check for earthing once and complain to Electricity department for immediate resolution.

Good point. Without proper earthing, your appliances may get fried.

Pls first contact local electrician & tell him check every board & MCB board for proper earthing. @yieldeal
