Buy Amazon GV. And normal utilisation for Recharge, train ticket booking and normal purchasing.
On my simplyclick, out of nowhere i got some points (i guess around 5k+) , i waited for 1 month as i thought it may be credited by mistake and will be rolled back.
Then i approached cc to ask, they told me that i participated in some amazon contest running by sbi, and i shopped in those time periods hence i was rewarded with points.

Every other day a new credit card variant launched ...after few months or max by a year or so,they start degrading points value or offer rewards, eventually you will see all are equally good or bad in one or other way....

Did lot of shopping and payments for 8 years and redeemed accumulated points in all these years for firstcry GV worth 5000/-. Used it to shop stuff for my son.
I brought a mystery box by redeeming 500 rewards Coins... Andddd that "Mystery Box" when i opened it had a Lotte choco pie (just 1 piece) & a pair of Socks saying "yes you can do it!" 
I felt so 💔💔 ... I could ve gone for something else... But i was expecting mystry box to be something good i overestimated that thing ....

Well my parents had to fly to USA and the 4 tickets of 2 people with return journey cost approx 1.7L. While I have credit cards from almost all banks, most have caps so was in a dilemma what would be the best card to use. SBI Cashback card on apps/flight ticket websites doesn't always give cashback since the MCC comes under Railway. Sometimes it gives some MCCs. So I didn't want to risk it.
Also I had to book the flight tickets via airline official website only since I wanted to have option to reschedule the return flight and third party websites like MMT, Yatra, ClearTrip don't make it easy to reschedule like direct airline website.
So I used my IndusInd Legend credit card on weekend to book the ticket. I had just gotten the card in June with a CL of 3L so it was perfect. Due to weekend, I thought I would get 1.5% reward points (1 point = ₹0.75). Indeed I got those. But thanks to TwidPay/Pay with Rewards where the redemption ratio is 1:1 for IndusInd Legend CC points, it was 2%. 2% on a huge amount of 1.7L = got ₹3400 back which I used at 1:1 ratio at JioMart grocery and NetMeds medicines.
As if this wasn't good enough, IndusInd Indie account launched at the end of that month. And they had an Indie Spends Championship where credit card bills were considered valid spends. So paid that bill plus several other CCs totally approx somewhere between 2.5 to 3L and got ₹5000 Amazon voucher for being a top spender.
And in the end, I did reschedule the return flight (postponed it by one month) as parents wanted to stay a month extra. By paying a difference of just ₹100 on the airline website (this wouldn't have been possible on third party flight ticket app/website). (Well now Flipkart has VIP membership recently introduced which does allow 1 free flight rescheduling/cancelation but until then it hadn't launched).
Everyone was suggesting me to use Amazon Pay ICICI for 1% unlimited or Flipkart Axis on Flipkart Flights for 1.5% unlimited but I am glad I used IndusInd Legend and got 2% via Pay with Rewards. Plus the Indie account was the icing on the cake.

Went to Peter England store and bought a few clothes under buy 4 get 9 offer... asked the lady to swipe AmEx cards for 1500×4 + 1000×3 for 9196 order... got 1000 bonus points for both MRCC and Gold Card (did 3 swipe of 1000 each at Park+ for petrol)... completed 18K points, redeemed 18K points for 7K Amazon voucher, and bought a mobile for mother from the same...

Bought a lenovo laptop. Had a disc code, combined with an affiliate cashback of 5%, paid via CC and received 10% cashback. The CC was an IDFC variant, so, I had obviously activated Kshushiyan First Offer. So, It should give some 3.5% around extra cashback on top of it. Paid the bill via HDFC billpay site n got 1% cashback. Nice naa.
