Desidimers,
Please advise on how to redeem fuel points for citi bank. Just want to get rid of it before closing the card. Most of the indian oil petrol pumps have already said no for points redemption.

If you have 1000 points fill fuel of 1000 rupees. You will get sms within few minutes to redeem the points

does it have to be Citi POS machine ? Or any machine at Indian Oil pumps ?

I redeem from citi bank netbanking..
Just to goto redeem section and they’ll show the transactions you can redeem against…they usually take two day to settle

Do the transaction as usual and u will get msg/sms u can clear that Transaction using ur points..
