Cheated by Airtel Fibre Fraudsters

Need advise from my fellow dimers...

I paid rs. 3300 by credit card on 23rd apr for a welcome offer from Airtel that included DTH+STB+free installation including 10 mbps broadband. However after broadband installation on 24th apr I was told that separate guy will install STB and DTH. When nobody came even today I called the guy who booked connection and i was surprised to know that i need to pay extra for DTH installation.

As per customer care I'm told that my account balance is 1800 and this 10 mbps connection is valid only for 6 months.
Please let me know if I can raise a chargeback for this fraud happened with me. Please advise any other solution if possible.

Why not raise your concern at pgportal.

It will definitely save your time in speaking illiterate customer support executives and also bring a proper closure to your grieviance.

Here is what you should do.

1: Take screenshots and PDFs of that welcome offer with full TnCs.

2: Save all your receipts, screenshots from Credit Card Transaction Confirmation along with SMS of amount deduction.

3: Make a PDF of all these things.

4: Mail to Airtel Grievance, Nodal officer. You can easily get e-mails of those officials from the website itself.

These emails are only to get a reference number so you can proceed further.

5: Now wait for 48 hrs and Submit all these documents to CPGRAMS Portal along with reference number which Airtel automated system generated for you.

Go to ChatGPT and draft an email in humble and polite way. Mention words like unethical business practices, Cheated by Airtel etc.

Don't forget to mention that : I will write in all social media platform along with PM Portal to make sure I get my hard earned money back or get the services I paid for.



Specifically mention that..You guys have paid to political parties such a huge amount as electoral bond using our hard earned money. Provide me the services I paid for or return my money otherwise I am gonna make sure to complaint Modi Ji Personally by a registered post.


You have to be an educated guy and pretend to be a mad guy as well to take your money back. That's how you gonna play the system.


Note: Book another connection with a different name and after installation tell them you don't have money and they can uninstall everything back.

The wrong/mis selling done at Airtel by salesperson for incentive is what pisses me off.

I specifically asked several times before taking the fibre connection if it's prepaid or not ... after connection activated, got to know it's postpaid and I immediately closed the connection as soon as 3 months got over. I can withstand anything but not lie and yes, jis jhooth se kisi ka ghar chalta hai, wo jhooth bhi jhooth hota hai, period.

It was already done yesterday, so far no reply. I've sent emails to all support emails also but casual reply like your services are active.

why did you go for their blackhole product? airtel fiber is good. airtel blackhole is beyond worst.

Having 3 airtel fiber connections past 3 years , no comlaints .. 100% satisfaction that too in tier 3 city .

Airtel kaa thoda alag hi jhol chalta hai bhai. Bade badmash hote hain. Airtel fiber is good. Airtel black is worse.
